GENERAL SERVICE TERMS

When possible, please give us 24 hours notice of your request for our services. However, we understand that this is not always possible and we will do our best to meet all your service needs. Please contact us immediately should you need to cancel or reschedule your request for our services.

• Time is calculated from the arrival time at the Client’s location and continues until services are completed.  First 15 miles from Client’s location is included in cost. Rates reflect charges for services only and do include the cost of your purchases or outside vendor services. Cost of merchandise and vendor/contractor fees are the Client’s responsibility.
• Full payment is due (including any purchases made at your request) upon completion of service .
• We accept cash, check or money orders made payable to:
