What is a Concierge?

This customer service based profession is most commonly associated with the fine hotels of France. The Concierge is employed by the hotel to assist the guests with their personal and business needs.  The Concierge attends to the guest’s errands, tasks, reservations, etc. thus allowing the guest to enjoy their free time or to be more productive in business.
